Find a photo or a goal or an idea in your mind and whenever you think you’re going to go off your diet think of that.
Also don’t restrict yourself - say I Don’t instead of I can’t :)
If it’s low fat and and low sugar and in a small proportion go ahead!
Just try to do a lot of cardio and toning excerises and try to excersise more than you eat but DONT UNDER EAT
It depends on the flavour but less un-natural sugar is better!
